RETURNS & REFUNDS

All our garments are made-to-order so unfortunately they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you need help with sizing or are not sure which size to choose, we are very happy to help guide you through the process. Simply contact us and we help you find the right size.

In addition, we have a showroom in Wandsworth, London where you can make an appointment to visit to try on the dresses. We have many brides and bridesmaids visit, many of which incorporate it as part of a day out in London with all their bridesmaids.

If you are not able to visit our showroom, we offer a sample loan service where we will post some dresses to your address, after which you can post them back to us. We just ask you to cover postage and a small fee to cover insurance.
